Return and Refund Policy

What’s Not Returnable?

At Elixir Innovation, all our boxes are securely plastic-sealed, and each pack inside is individually sealed for your protection. Please note the following items are not eligible for return:
  • Opened Products: Any product with torn or removed plastic sealing is considered opened and cannot be returned.
  • Damaged Seals: Products in boxes with broken or compromised seals are not returnable.
  • Non-Elixir Purchases: Items not originally purchased from www.elixirinnovation.com are not eligible for return.
  • Missing Documentation: Products without a valid order number or packing slip cannot be returned.
Gift Card Policy: Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

How Do I Return Unopened Products?

We’re happy to assist with returns for unopened products! Here’s how it works:
  1. Timeframe: Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery by contacting our Customer Experience team at info@elixirinnovation.com.
  2. Shipping Deadline: Once your return is authorized, ship the unopened product(s) back to us within 14 days of approval.
  3. Required Documentation: Include a receipt or proof of purchase with each returned product, showing your name, address, and order number.
  4. Condition: Products must remain unopened and undamaged to qualify for a refund.
Important Notes:
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window or not received within 30 days of authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a returned product arrives opened or damaged, a refund will not be issued.

Processing & Disclaimer

  • Processing Time: Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 7-14 business days for processing and approval.
  • Shipping Costs: We handle initial shipping costs however we do not provide return labels or cover return shipping expenses.
  • Individual Results: Product results may vary, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Allergy Information: All ingredients are clearly listed—please review them carefully before use.
  • Health & Safety: Elixir products are supplements, not evaluated by the FDA for efficacy or safety. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice.
