SECTION 22 - PRICES, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS

Prices are in U.S. dollars, with applicable taxes and free standard shipping added at checkout (expedited shipping may incur fees). Product-specific terms, including our Privacy and Return Policies, apply.
You must pay all costs with a valid method at purchase. If payment fails, we may use collection methods to recover fees owed.

SECTION 23 - PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you dispute a charge, contact us at info@elixirinnovation.com within 30 days of the transaction. We’ll investigate and respond within 14 business days. Failure to notify us waives your dispute rights.

SECTION 24 - MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

By enrolling in an Elixir monthly subscription, you agree to the following terms:
  • Subscription Agreement: You authorize Elixir, LLC to automatically charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the subscription fee, as outlined at checkout. The subscription includes the products and quantities selected by you and will continue until canceled.
  • Billing: Charges occur on the same date each month (or the nearest business day if the date falls on a weekend or holiday), beginning with your initial subscription purchase. You agree to maintain valid, up-to-date payment information in your account. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription until payment is received.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Experience team at info@elixirinnovation.com or through your account portal on the Website, provided cancellation is requested at least 3 business days before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for partial months or undelivered products after cancellation.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing or product offerings with 30 days’ notice via email or Website posting. You may cancel if you do not agree to the changes.
  • Delivery: Subscription products are shipped monthly with free standard shipping (expedited options may incur fees), subject to the terms in our Shipping FAQ. Delivery dates may vary due to carrier schedules or inventory availability.
  • Limitations of Liability: Elixir, LLC is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in subscription delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, supply chain issues, or force majeure events). We do not guarantee specific delivery dates or uninterrupted service. In no event shall Elixir, LLC, its affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your subscription, including missed shipments or product unavailability, even if advised of the possibility. Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the affected month, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
