Cancellation Policy

At Elixir, LLC, we strive to make your experience as seamless as possible. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel subscriptions or orders placed through www.elixirinnovation.com. Please read it carefully to understand your options and our processes.

1. Subscription Cancellation

We’re thrilled to have you as a subscriber! If you need to cancel your monthly subscription, here’s what you should know:
  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
    • Contacting our Customer Experience team at info@elixirinnovation.com with your request. 
    • Using the live chat feature on www.elixirinnovation.com during business hours to submit your cancellation request directly to a team member.
  • Timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your renewal date. Your renewal date is the same day each month as your initial subscription purchase (or the nearest business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).
  • Post-Cancellation: Once canceled, your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period. No further shipments or charges will occur after that date.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or undelivered products within the current billing cycle. If you’ve been charged for a new cycle and canceled within 3 business days of that charge, contact us at info@elixirinnovation.com to request a review—refunds are at our discretion and not guaranteed.
  • Reactivation: Want to rejoin? You can restart your subscription anytime through your account or by reaching out to us.

2. Order Cancellation (Non-Subscription Purchases)

If you’ve placed a one-time order and change your mind, we’ll do our best to accommodate:
  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at no cost if it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). To cancel:
    • Email info@elixirinnovation.com with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” as soon as possible.
    • We’ll confirm cancellation via email if successful. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • After Processing: Once an order is processed (i.e., a shipping label is created), it cannot be canceled. You may return unopened products per our Return Policy after delivery.
  • Refunds: If canceled before processing, any charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. No fees apply for pre-shipment cancellations.

3. Limitations and Exceptions

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and certain promotional items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased, as noted in our Return Policy.
  • Failed Payments: If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it. If unsuccessful after 3 attempts, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and you’ll be notified via email. No further action is required unless you wish to reactivate.
  • Shipping Delays: Cancellation requests due to shipping delays are not accepted once an order has shipped. Refer to our Shipping FAQ for handling delivery issues.

4. Limitations of Liability

Elixir, LLC is not responsible for:
  • Errors in cancellation requests (e.g., late submissions or incorrect contact details) that result in continued billing or shipment.
  • Delays or failures in processing cancellations due to technical issues beyond our control (e.g., website outages, email delivery failures).
  • Any costs, inconvenience, or damages arising from your decision to cancel or our inability to process a cancellation in time.
Our liability for any cancellation-related issues is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or subscription month, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
